The object of a Primary Scrapers is to remove most of the residue material on the belt at the discharge points. This primary scrapers works on the front of the head pulley, and has a quick-release blade for low maintenance and reduces downtime. 


 The poly-composite blade is used safely on mechanical joints on the conveyor belt. With the design of the blade the wear angle always maintains a sharp cutting edge. Various hardness of the blade is available on request. The adjusting mechanism is concealed to protect it against robust environment in which it works. 


 The advantage of this type of adjustment is that the tension of the blade against the belt can now be measured using a torque wrench. The side pedestal brackets locking mechanism makes for easy removal from the conveyor belt in case of breakdown and pulley maintenance.
