V Plough Belt Scrapers

The V-Plough Scraper by ABQ is fitted on the return belt near the tail pulley to prevent material from damaging the belt or pulley. Its V-shaped design automatically ploughs debris off both sides of the belt, while the self-adjusting swivel brackets allow the blade to adapt to belt movement without constant manual tensioning.

A built-in safety roller prevents digging or belt damage, and the unit is designed for fast, bolt-free installation.

The V-Plough scraper is fitted on the return belt near the tail end and pulley, to clear material that could fall from the top belt, thus preventing damage to both the belt and the tail pulley. 

The “V” shape ploughs the material off either side of the belt, and the swivel action of the fixing brackets and arms allows the scraper to SELF-ADJUST its self. 

A safety roller is built in to the scraper to prevent the point of the scraper from digging into the conveyor belt. Installation of this scraper is very simple, in that no bolt holes are required.
